## Description

About the Role

At ZEUS Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven MICE Sales Manager to strengthen our Sales team and develop new business opportunities across our growing hotel portfolio.

Your mission will be to drive revenue growth in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) segment by building strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, conference organizers, and international partners.

You will play an active role in expanding our market presence, identifying new opportunities, and positioning our city hotels and resorts as preferred destinations for corporate meetings, conferences, incentives, and events. You will also lead the Sales Coordinators team, ensuring effective support and coordination across the sales process.

Life Inside the Hotel Group

Your role goes beyond traditional hotel sales.

Some days will involve meeting corporate clients, presenting our properties, conducting site inspections, or exploring new markets. Others will focus on developing proposals, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with Revenue, Marketing, and Hotel Operations teams.

You will connect business opportunities with the right hotels, transforming relationships into successful partnerships and measurable commercial results.

What You'll Do

•  Proactively identify and develop new MICE business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, Professional Congress Organizers (PCOs), Destination Management Companies (DMCs), event agencies, and incentive travel organizers.

•  Develop and implement targeted MICE sales activities to increase revenue and market penetration.

•  Lead, coach, and oversee the Sales Coordinators team, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely and effective sales support.

•  Prepare commercial proposals, manage RFPs, negotiate agreements, and convert opportunities into confirmed business.

•  Promote the Group's hotel portfolio according to each property's facilities, positioning, and commercial potential.

•  Conduct client meetings, sales calls, presentations, and hotel site inspections.

•  Represent ZEUS at industry exhibitions, networking events, and relevant commercial activities.

•  Collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure competitive pricing and profitable business.

•  Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure the smooth handover of confirmed events and group bookings.

•  Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, account production, and business pipeline against agreed targets.

Your Uniqueness is Welcome

We believe successful MICE Sales Managers are more than skilled negotiators. They are relationship builders, opportunity seekers, and commercially minded professionals who understand how to turn a client’s vision into a successful business partnership.

If you enjoy developing new markets, building meaningful connections, and contributing directly to business growth, you will feel right at home with us.

## Requirements

**We're looking for someone who:**

•  Holds a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

•  Has at least 4 years of relevant experience in MICE Sales, preferably within a hotel or hotel group.

•  Brings strong people-management and team-leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop Sales Coordinators.

•  Demonstrates a successful track record in new business development and revenue generation.

•  Has a solid understanding of the corporate meetings, conferences, and incentive travel markets.

•  Maintains an established professional network within the MICE industry.

•  Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

•  Is proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple commercial opportunities.

•  Is familiar with CRM systems, sales reporting, and MS Office applications.

•  Is fluent in Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an asset.

•  Is willing to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and industry events when required.
