**Corporate / M&A practice Group | Associate**

Zepos & Yannopoulos is one of the leading law firms in Greece providing comprehensive legal and tax services to companies doing business in Greece.

We are currently seeking to recruit an **associate lawyer** to join our dynamic **M&A team**.

**Job description**

You will be working with a group of lawyers of various levels of experience. The team covers the full range of corporate and M&A law aspects, dealing with corporate restructurings, corporate finance, private equity investments, privatizations, transactional or advisory matters, while aiming to the provision of customised, industry specific and business friendly services.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Strong educational background in corporate/commercial law
-   Involvement in M&A cases including corporate transformations.
-   Post graduate degree (LLM or equivalent)
-   Legal qualification (Athens Bar admission/other Lawyers’ Bar)
-   3-5 years of working experience in the field

**Skills Required**

-   Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
-   Ability to work efficiently within a team
-   Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
-   Diligent, organised and resilient
-   Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving ability
-   Good business sense and understanding of the business environment
-   Personality with high morale and integrity
