**About the Job:**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Itajai, Santa Catarina. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of Dingli's aerial work platforms as well as part of warehouse management. The Service Engineer will also need to communicate effectivey with customers and team members.

**Responsibilities:**

1\. Field and workshop maintenance on AWP's & material handling products.

2\. Resolve any warranty issues as required and communicate any problems limiting a repair completion.

3\. Provide technical product support for Dingli employees, customer representatives and equipment.

4\. Support Dingli customer base by traveling to sites around the Brasil region for Dingli equipment sales and repairs when required.

5\. Continue to advance skills, licensing and qualifications where necessary to complete the roles and responsibilities of your employed position with Dingli.

6\.  Carry out the Pre-Delivery Inspection for new inbound machines, stored machines, and outbound shipments. This includes exterior and interior damage inspections, component and accessory reviews, handling damage claims, software, and language adjustments.

7. Create detailed reports and identify trends for issues discovered during the pre-delivery inspection process.

8. Take corrective actions for on-hold machines and ensuring they are ready for delivery on time.

9..Organizing and maintaining the storage areas to ensure efficient flow of materials.

10.Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.

11.Conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.

12.Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

13.Assisting with the receipt of incoming shipments and inspecting for damage.

14.Warehouse management; Collaborating with other team members to support daily warehouse operations.

15.Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, as necessary.

## Requirements

1. AWP/MEWP Industry Experience will be preferred

2.   Good working knowledge of mobile elevating work platforms engineering, with ideally 2 Year Minimum in heavy equipment maintenance

3.  Have work rights with no restriction in Brazil

4\.  Have a friendly, can-do attitude

5.  Team orientated and a confident communicator

6.   Good attention to detail
