**About the Warehouse Employee Position:**

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Employee/Medewerker to join our team at Dingli AWP Europe Trading Limited B.V. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties that support the service and operational needs of the company. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers.
-   Organizing and maintaining the storage areas to ensure efficient flow of materials.
-   Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
-   Conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
-   Assisting with the receipt of incoming shipments and inspecting for damage.
-   Assisting the company’s mobile service engineer.
-   Execute Pre-delivery Inspections (PDI) for newly inbound machines, stored machines, and outbound shipments.
-   Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, as necessary.
-   Collaborating with other team members to support daily warehouse operations.
-   Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

## Requirements

-   Proven warehouse/workshop experience
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
-   Competent using a computer/ MS Office
-   Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
-   Team player with good communication skills
-   Good grasp of English language (verbal & written)
-   Ability to competently and safely operate a forklift
-   Valid work permit for the Netherlands and proximity to Weert is required.
-   Good general fitness and willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination.
-   Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic repairs, as well as machine maintenance will be a plus.
-   Experience working on awp equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts and vertical lifts is an advantage.
