As a maintenance technician in the residential property management field, you’ll have a consistent, secure job that enables you to work with your hands, help people, and solve problems. Maintenance technicians help prepare apartments for new residents, ensure property common areas and grounds are clean and functional, and assist with routine maintenance in and around the community.

**Most Important Job Functions**

-   Grounds Pick Up
-   Maintaining the Curb Appeal of the Properties
-   Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office
-   Apartment Trash Outs
-   Assist with repairs and completion of work orders
-   Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for 'on-call'
