### **What You’ll Do**

You’ll work in a hyper cross-functional squad to design, build, and ship things that moves the needle.  

### 1\\ Discover & shape

-   Partner with PMs/Designers to deeply understand customer pains
-   Prototype and experiment to de-risk ideas early
-   Help shape what we build, not just how  
    

### 2\\ Build & own

-   Develop across our core platform: C# + Azure/GCP
-   Own work from idea → scope → delivery → iteration
-   Jump into API integrations, performance issues, technical investigations

###   
3\\ Improve & learn

-   Contribute to our Product Engineering culture
-   Help refine our architecture without disappearing into “ivory tower” thinking

-   🎨 **You’re basically a product designer, but in code** - creating elegant, simple solutions
-   ⚡ **You ship fast** \- taking a pragmatic, well-scoped, outcome-first, not perfection-first approach.
-   💬 **You enjoy communicating with customers,** exec, support & sales - not just PMs & other engineers.
-   🛠️ **Comfortable across the stack** (.NET + Angular) - owning outcomes
-   🤸 **You like small squads**, rapid co-discovery  & co-delivery loops
-   🧭 **You value clarity, first principles**, and making smart trade-offs
